Regarding "Error 23"
When the APP is connected to Roomba i7, "error 23" should not appear when the battery is removed. When the APP is closed or disconnected from Roomba i7, "error 23" will appear when removing the battery and then installing the (CS or original) battery. To avoid the problem of the APP, customers are advised to ensure the APP is well connected to the machine. If "error 23" appears after installing the battery, please close the APP; then remove the battery from the machine; after that, press the start button of the machine for 10 seconds. And then, reinstall the battery and put it on the charger. Wait for the machine to start automatically. Finally, open the mobile APP to connect the machine.

The above batteries will have different model numbers on the product pages since they are after market replacement batteries which are often as good or better than the originals.  The current or mAh (milliamp hour) rating of a battery is an indication of the battery capacity or how long it will last on a charge, the higher the better.

I thought I was going to have a ton of fussing and money to spend when I broke my battery but it was very easy and inexpensive to shop Canadian from this company.
